Using I-MAKE’s project management web portal / software an organization can create N number of user accounts and projects. To each projects admin can create secondary sub jobs or tasks and can assign tasks to individual users. If this users are supposed to be a manager they can divide it further and can be assign to their juniors.

Every tasks have a responsible role, observer’s role and an dead line to finish the task.

Users can comment the status of each tasks, and daily basis they can add up daily reports.

Through this simple system an organization can view and manage live updates of every individual jobs and employees from root level.

This base system is developed in Codeigniter and any custom modules like billing or inventory modules could be developed and added up in late future, like we can say it is an expandable system.
